Custom adapters and spacers are machined per individual order. Lead time is approximately five to ten business days, but most orders can get machined overnight with a rush charge. We do not accept COD payment for custom orders. Custom orders must be paid in full to cover engineering, programming, and machining charges before they will be scheduled.

If you need them sooner, please contact us, as we can rush them if necessary. Custom adapter orders are not returnable, so we make every effort to make sure they will fit properly, but it depends on you to provide the measurements. Standard in stock products may be returned within 30 days for exchange or SPD credit. Cash/Check/Credit Card refunds will have a 5% service fee.

Items returned after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be brand new and undamaged. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning items.

We can also ship international orders with additional verification.

Canadian orders can be shipped with the US Postal Service (3-5 day Global EMS Service) or FedEx. Please contact us for price quotes if necessary. Both the USPS and FedEx will charge you for PST and GST on the package. FexEx will also charge a brokerage fee for ground shipments (roughly $40cad). If you wish to avoid the FedEx brokerage fee, we can ship the parts FedEx Int'l Priority. We get a 25% discount off the retail rates, and often it will be faster and less expensive than USPS Global EMS. FedEx will still charge a $7.00 advancement fee no matter what. The duties (unusual), customs (unusual), taxes (Canadian GST and Provicial PST), and fees ($7.00 advancement, brokerage, etc). are the responsibility of the recipient. If FedEx cannot collect, we must then reimburse FedEx, and collect from you, and will add a service fee of the greater of $5 or 5%, to cover our time and costs.

Orders to the UK and Australia have shipping costs of about $75-$150 via USPS 3-5 day Global EMS, depending on the weight of the package. You're welcome to check rates at the USPS website (www.usps.com). Billet wheel adapters are usually 7-20 lbs per pair, depending on the size and thickness. Transmission crossmembers are under 8 lbs.
